Their thin pizza is excellent
I had the pepperoni with mushrooms pizza
It was delicious
It does not take long for them to bake it
It looks and feels like it is locally owned
I'll keep coming the make great pizza
The worker that attended my order could have been more enthusiastic regarding the diversity of their condiments
But then again she may have been an introvert -

While the ingredients were fresh and great variety, the thin crust was over kneeded.
Brick Fire Pizza & More had three sauces to choose from: red, white and buffalo. Cheeses: mozzarella, cheddar, feta, and more! Meats? Pepperoni, meatball, salami, chorizo, Canadian bacon, and more.
Veggies: corn, tomato, cilantro, spinach, corn, onion, green and red pepper, mushroom, broccoli, artichoke, and more!
They serve salads and chicken wings, too.
I'm not sure if I'll return, maybe to see if they fix the dough. We had to chew, chew, and chew some more!
Employees were really nice. And this place must just be having a bad dough day, because they had many, many customers!
Oh, they have outdoor seating, good for crowds, and a bigger area in the back, pool table, too!
Tuesday's they have buy one with however many toppings and get one one topping pizza. Great deal! -

OK pizza in the RGV. You pay one price for a pizza - maybe 12" for $8.98???
It's thin crust and gets fairly crisp except for the very middle. Anyway, you choose between a red or white sauce and then they add any type of ingredient you want; meats, veggies, etc. They place it on a turning rack in a round oven and you wait at a table until your number is called. It comes out piping hot. I thought it was a decent pie. Not the best I've eaten and certainly not the worst either.
I also ordered a small number of bone in wings in a Honey BBQ sauce. They were decent enough too. -

Unfortunately I have to give a bad review. Reason: we ordered pizza and wings. Wings were delivered after we had finished our pizza and were getting up to leave. They did give us a refund, but when you order food you kind of want it delivered before you are done eating and ready to leave. They said that since their wings are baked it takes a while. I get that, but it seems like a bad system to sell pizza and wings if you can't get the wings out in time.
Otherwise the pizza was pretty good. Nice crispy crust. Any topping pizza is $10. Which is cool if you are by yourself but can get really pricey if you bring your family since the pizzas are basically personal size. Even more pricey if you want a drink or beer. It's not really a big deal, just that I can take my family to a nice meal at a mid level restaurant for the same price and feel more full.
We really liked the patio. It seems like a fun place to hang out with friends to have a beer. Overall I would say that this is a good place to go hang with friends, but if you have a few kids it might not be the most sensible. -

We loved the pizza. Crust is really thin but the sauce and tops are great. It is cooked quickly.
Wings take longer and came later.
Lots of patio room in the back for kids and games.
We sat up front.
Just a little gem in a small minimall.
